Tamara Ringas has been teaching and performing in the Chicagoland area for the past 30 years.  She received with high honors her B.M and M.M. from Indiana University in Violin Performance with a minor in Violin Pedagogy.  Her goal is to foster a love of the violin through performance, and to unlock the mysteries of technique, tone, and musicality through problem solving so that students can become knowledgeable independent musicians.
